Released in 2014 as part of the acclaimed archival series, the show captures the Dead in their raw, exploratory prime—and this limited-edition pendant brings that desert-soaked, dusty-road vibe to life. Only 13 were made.

The design features a lounging lizard cowboy, complete with hat and bottle in hand, taking a break outside the “Thelma” building, as a steam engine barrels down a desert railroad track. The wild sky crackles with stormy purples and soft golden cloudlight, while the barren landscape is dotted with palms and rock formations.

Handmade in sterling silver and inlaid with richly colored stone and shell, this piece combines whimsical storytelling with technical craftsmanship. A matching yellow inlaid bail crowns the piece, echoing the southwestern sun glowing in the sky.
