Dave’s Picks Vol. 12 – Officially Licensed Grateful Dead Pendant
Sterling silver • Handcrafted inlay • Limited edition of 13
This officially licensed pendant brings to life the album artwork from Dave’s Picks Volume 20, a recording featuring Grateful Dead’s December 9, 1981 performance at the CU Events Center in Boulder, Colorado. It captures a dreamlike moment pulled straight from the album art—a skeleton peacefully riding a bicycle through a surreal desert landscape at sunset.
The glowing sky is inlaid with swirling pink, gold, and violet tones crafted from jasper, spiny oyster shell, and lab opal. Rolling hills and distant peaks rise in the background while a trail of color flows behind the rider like music in motion. Every detail is meticulously inlaid by hand in sterling silver, from the spoked wheels to the flowing ribbons of light.
This pendant is a joyful nod to the freedom of the open road, the spirit of the music, and the enduring legacy of the Grateful Dead. A limited edition of only 13 pieces.
Each piece of our jewelry is handmade and crafted with natural materials. Variations in color and pattern are part of the process, so your piece may differ slightly from the photo — making it truly yours.
